RESOLVED: cPanel Shared IP Offline

Currently our cPanel server's shared IP address is offline. Clients with a dedicated IP address remain online at this time but all clients who are using the shared IP are offline. We have a ticket open with the data center and they are investigating this issue. There is no ETA at this time.

RESOLVED: NJ network is offline

We've received alerts that our IPv4 addresses in NJ are not routing at this time (IPv6 is still working normally).
