Today from 3PM to about 4:30PM EST we had experienced some slowness on ice01 due to an inbound attack against one of our clients. This has since been resolved but we apologize for the temporary slowness and resulting timeouts (our system counted a total of 3 outages to one of non-targetted websites).

Today at 4:45PM EST we received a DDOS attack against ice01 which caused a 15 minute outage. We apologize for this outage and are working to prevent such attacks in the future. Clients with dedicated IPs were not impacted by the outage due to only the shared IP being nullrouted.

We have restored IPv6 connectivity. We have received updates regarding the rDNS for IPv6 but unfortunately it is not a good solution. At this time our only option is to manually update rDNS entries with out DC so we will continue looking into other solutions.
