At this time we are still working on the network issues that appeared yesterday and continued up until this morning. We are working with our Tampa data center at this time to get this resolved with a permanent fix in place. We will be handing off our IP management to our data center and ending our BGP sessions to avoid future BGP issues like we've been experiencing. No ETA at this time for a full resolution but once we have something concrete we will preset it to our clients along with a proper RFO for the recent downtime. We also are unsure how much downtime is to be expected while we cut over to the new network setup but it is not expected to be more than 15 minutes while we change the router configs and move some cables around.

We apologize for this past outage and future disruptions as a result of this but we are confident that after the cut over, we will be able to provide much better uptime than we have been in the past few months.
