We have been having trouble with our local backup server and have found our backup scripts to be causing high loads on our OpenVZ VPS nodes so we have stopped all backups of our OpenVZ VPSs at this time. We are working to find a solution for this that will not impact our server loads but at this time we are not maintaining backups for our OpenVZ VPSs. We apologize greatly for having to resort to this but the alternative is extremely poor performance for 24+ hours a week.
