Earlier today we had lost remote access to our primary router in Tampa and a short time ago all monitoring (snmp) has stopped completely. To resolve the situation, we will be failing over to our backup router to power cycle the primary router. It appears that fl1ovz04 is crashing while starting up the VPSs from the patch earlier. We are trying to determine which VPS is causing the crash but at this time since each VPS requires a the disk to be re-scanned it is taking longer than normal.
