SHADOW0001 became unresponsive at 11:11PM EST and was forcefully rebooted at 11:15PM EST. We will continue to investigate the cause of this.

The problem with GOLD0001 has been fixed. As of right now, ip6tables has been disabled on GOLD0001 which luckily does not impact and of our Backup VPS clients since we had no plans to offer IPv6 to Backup VPS clients in the near future.
