First off I would like to welcome our clients to Tampa, FL! As of now, our move is 100% complete and everything is up and running in our new Tampa facility (E Solutions). It was brought to our attention a critical issue with both SHADOW01 and SHADOW02 regarding memory usage due to a misconfigured kernel. We have made the proper changes to the kernel but need to reboot the servers for them to take effect.
