Client Area database restored

Around 2AM last night we received a steady flood of DDOS attacks against our primary website for about 30 minutes which appears to have caused some issues with our database that went unnoticed. And we've arrived in Denver!

Our newest backup server, gold02, arrived in Denver, CO on Christmas Eve (a Merry Christmas to Handy Networks). The server was racked and configured today and is currently syncing up with gold01 now (it was synced before we shipped it but a lot of data has changed since December). Webserver IP changes

We have updated our webservers to new IPs tonight which resulted in some downtime for our Client Area and main website. If you experience any issues please let us know.

High packet loss on cpanel01 (RESOLVED)

We've been receiving high packet loss on our cPanel server (cpanel01). We are working to resolve this at this time.

RESOLVED @ 4:51PM EST - After much troubleshooting, the packet loss was limited to ICMP only and has been resolved with some updated firewall rules.
