This is just an informational announcement we will be rebooting shadow01 at 1AM EST to resolve a RAM/kernel configuration issue that resulted when enabling IPv6 on the node last week. Currently shadow01 is reporting 99% RAM usage due to much more RAM being allocated for dom0 than needed so a quick reboot should resolve this issue after making some changes to the new Xen kernel.
All clients impacted have received an e-mail from us last week regarding this reboot and this announcement is just a reminder. We will update this announcement when complete.
UPDATE 1: We are waiting for a VPS to shutdown in order to proceed with the reboot. No ETA at this time.
UPDATE 2: Forced the node to reboot after waiting an hour and 20 minutes. Possible data corruption may occur and require a fsck check for some VPS.
