We are working on resolving this at this time.9:40AM EST - We were unable to get the SMTP settings working properly in our Client Area so we have reverted back to using phpmail() and are routing that though our mail service (SendGrid). Effective immediately, the following changes have been made to our data backups: OpenVZ nodes in IL, CA, AZ, GA, OR, NJ, and TX are backed up locally twice a week and then backed up offsite once a week.
