There may be some higher than normal loads or network usage today due to the weekly backups still running. We are working on a new backup policy to prevent this in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing some clients.

We received alerts that our network was offline at 9:10PM EST. After contacting the data center, they determined that our uplink to our primary router was showing as offline.
