We will be bringing some new nodes up to GoRACK tomorrow and since we will both be on the road and both be installing, configuring, and making some changes in our cabinet it may take us longer to respond to tickets. We will continue to monitor tickets while we are on the road and at GoRACK but they may site "In Progress" for longer than normal times. All emergency tickets will continue to receive priority.
