As you may have know, there were several network incidents in the past month that involved router crashes during attempts of mitigating attacks by placing advanced ACLs. While the traffic can be quickly reroute to other available paths, the incidents still caused disconnections for game servers.
We will be performing an emergency IOS upgrade and reload to address bugs for the Cisco edge router that feeds nLayer connection.
Maintenance has been scheduled for the early morning of Monday, June 10th from 12am PDT until 1am PDT (GMT-8).
During this window we expect a brief outage (between 1 - 10 minutes) to occur as traffic reroute to other available paths and our router is reloaded and tested.
