Due to a hung process that was rendering FIRE0003 unaccessible (both remotely and locally) we were forced to reboot FIRE0003 to make it usable again. We have corrected the issue and the node is online and back to normal at this time.

SHADOW0001 became unresponsive at 11:11PM EST and was forcefully rebooted at 11:15PM EST. We will continue to investigate the cause of this.
