In order to align our VPS services with our other services, we have updated all OpenVZ, KVM, and Backup VPS plans to pro-rated billing for all new orders. Existing clients will not be impacted by this change at this time while we work to determine the best method of converting existing services to pro-rated billing.

While investigating the cause, we noticed our subnet for internal servers was not routing properly.
