Due to the performance issues, we had to stop the backups earlier this morning around 10AM EST. We will rerun the backups tonight to ensure we have a weekly copy of each VPS that is eligible to be backed up. Sorry again about this, we hope that our new OpenVZ Performance node will help to get such issues resolved.

Due to a scheduling issue with our backup server we are a few hours behind on backups which is causing low disk IO (when the RAID card setup a check and resync job we didn't notice it ran exactly when our FIRE0002 backups ran... Hello,We have noticed a major slowness lately with our websites and nodes that host a lot of VPSs running active webservers. We found out today, while troubleshooting a completely unrelated, that the DNS servers at GoRACK were not resolving correctly and while we did use multiple DNS servers, it was taking up to 90 seconds to failover to the 2nd ... We have moved our webserver for SecureDragon.net to it's own server. This will hopefully fix any slowness issues that have been occuring lately. The new IP for the website is 8.22.203.8 (in case your DNS has not updated you can add this to your hosts file).
