FIRE0003 no longer has any VPSs on the node and the hardware will be brought offline shortly. All VPSs that were on FIRE0003 are not on FIRE0004 which is a CentOS 5.7 node so vSwap has also been removed. Please let us know if you have any questions or experience any issues from here on out. It looks like FIRE0003 has gone down for a second time, unfortunately we were unable to even access our remote management to reboot the server so we had to contact GoRACK to manually reboot it for us which caused additional downtime while we faught with the DRAC (Dell Remote Access Control). It appears that a kernel memory error causes FIRE0003 to unexpectantly crash. Luckily we were able to catch this within minutes and the server has been rebooted and it back online at this time.Due to this crash, we have decided to schedule the replacement of FIRE0003 tonight as soon as we can get SolusVM licensed and configured correctly. Unfortunately due to a OpenVZ kernel error on the new server the migration to the new FIRE0003 hardware will be rescheduled for Saturday (10/1/2011) at 1:00AM EST.We will continue troubleshooting to resolve the issue but we fear a complete reinstall may be required.
