Around 2AM last night we received a steady flood of DDOS attacks against our primary website for about 30 minutes which appears to have caused some issues with our database that went unnoticed. Starting at 2AM, all of our hourly backups were just backing up corrupted database tables until around 2PM today when our Client Area database server crashed and was unable to recover. We have restored the server and brought the Client Area back online but we had to restore from a 15 hour old backup so any changes made during that time have been lost. We are working to manually create all new orders and tickets at this time. Any changes made to your account will need to be applied again.
