Here are the two alerts that client can receive:
- If your VPS exceeds a load of 8.00 your VPS will be automatically rebooted by our system and you will receive a ticket in our Client Area letting you know this.
- If your VPS exceeds a load of 0.90 for more than 4 continuous hours (checked every 5 minutes), your VPS will be throttled to 50% CPU and you will receive a ticket in our Client Area letting you know this (per our AUP, you will need to open a ticket with our Support department to unthrottle your CPU).
