Our TOS now includes wording that clients have reviewed and agree to our Privacy Policy.
The VPS CPU AND LOAD POLICY in our AUP has been updated for average load instead of CPU usage since that is easier to track and we provide a 24 hour graph of load (not CPU) in Wyvern.
For any clients that do not agree to any of these changes in our TOS or AUP, please contact us immediately to discuss this further. Thank you.
