RESOLVED: The problem has been determined and has been fixed. There was an error with our script that handled network management for KVM VPSs, the script was re-written and remediated the issue. The total downtime experienced by our clients was less than 30 minutes total over the span of 6 hours. The majority of the downtime was a result of multiple reboots required to troubleshoot and fix the problem. SLA credits will be provided accordingly.
