We've received alerts that our California services are offline at this time. We don't have any information regarding this outage but it appears to be impacting the entire data center because their services, including their help desk, are also offline. We will provide updates once we have more information and as soon as we know anything we will send out an e-mail to our customers to let them know also.
At this time all of the information we have is the data center's status page which shows their Los Angeles location as a "Partial Outage": https://status.quadranet.com/
UPDATE 2/21 @ 4:44PM EST - We were able to contact the data center and they've confirmed that our server was migrated to a new location. We were aware that a migration was expected at the end of the month, but were not given any information about when this would happen so this was unexpected for us. After moving the server, they found the hardware would not power on so they replaced our server with spare hardware and moved the drives over which allowed the server to boot into the OS as expected. They informed us their network was changed and as a result our IPv4 and IPv6 addresses are not online so that has been escalated to their networking team. We were able to login to our OpenVZ node using the IP space provided by them and have confirmed there was no data loss and all VPSes are currently running. Once networking is restored we will check to make sure all of the connectivity is working as expected. We will be sending out an e-mail shortly after the network issue is resolved and we've been able to confirm everything is working properly.
RESOLVED 2/21 @ 8PM EST - All of our connectivity has been restored and all services are back online at this time. An e-mail is being sent out to clients to address this outage.
