There are some big changes coming down the pipe and one of them is an increased bandwidth commit on our end. This translates to MORE BANDWIDTH! So we've doubled all of the bandwidth included in our Server Dragon VPS plans!
Unfortunately not all of the changes are for the better. We've decided to discontinue our 1 Hour Response SLA in order to focus on the quality of our support rather than the speed of our response. We now have a 1 Hour Response Mission in which we plan to uphold and not one have we exceeded the 1 Hour Reponse SLA when it was in effected, we just feared that with the rapid growth the SLA would begin to interfere with our ability to support our clients at a level they expect.
