Tonight we experienced a network outage in our Piscataway, NJ location due to a large DDOS attack against one of our clients. The client's VPS was suspended by our automated system within one minute but the attack continued to cause packet loss on our network port for up to 30 minutes. The total time impacted was 30 minutes and we will work hard to ensure maintaining our 99.9% Uptime SLA for the remainder of the month. Thank you for your understanding in incidents like this that are out of our control.
