Tonight we experienced a partial network outage in our Lenoir, NC location. Some packet loss or network slowness was being experienced by some users and some of our monitoring services. During the partial outage, only IPv4 was impacted so IPv6 connectivity was still working normally. We are unaware of the exact issue or impact but out of all of our internal and external monitoring systems only 3 of them showed an inability to reach our primary switch for roughly 2 hours and 17 minutes (while the backup switch was reporting normally but was still in standby). Since this was only a partial outage with a very limited impact, if this affected your ability to connect to your VPS please open a ticket with our Billing department for an SLA credit along with any monitoring reports, alerts, or other information displaying your inability to connect to your VPS during this window.
