Today we experienced a partial network outage in our Atlanta, GA location. We were seeing 100% packet loss on multiple upstreams although our data center was unable to see it and unable to troubleshoot it (luckily the issue resolved itself). At this time we do not have an RFO and one is not expected due to our data center being unable to see the packet loss while Just-Ping.com was seeing 100% in all but 3 locations (2 in Australia, 1 in Canada). We have issued a 15% credit for the month for this partial outage since it exceeded our 99.9% SLA that we have. During the partial outage, only IPv4 was impacted so IPv6 connectivity was still working.
