"The issue is that GTT is the only IPv6 enabled peer in Phoenix and they have dropped IPv6, we have had multiple tickets open with them throughout this time regarding IPv6 being offline and they are continuously ignored. I am escalating this outside of their NOC to our account rep."
We apologize for the length of this outage and the lack of information during this outage. We were hoping for a resolution by now but at least we have some details to provide you. For those of you impacted by this IPv6 network-wide outage, we are looking into a workaround until our data center can get it resolved.
