Today we experience multiple outages during a roughly 1 hour window while our Chicago data center replaced the switch in our cabinet. According to the data center this was scheduled maintenance but we received no e-mail or any other notice regarding this outage.

We apologize for the disruption of service to our clients in Chicago and if you had a VPS that was on our Chicago node that was impacted by this please open a ticket with our Billing department to redeem SLA credits.
