This morning we experience a total network outage in our Dallas, TX location for roughly 124 minutes. Here is the reason our data center provided us:
The issue was due to Tinet/GTT failing to update our prefix filters in our
Dallas location.

We have escalated this issue within their company and hopefully our automated
filter updates will return.

This issue was discovered from another carrier going offline due to a physical
cable failure.
At this time IPv4 connectivity has been restore but we are still waiting on IPv6 at this time.

Since this outage exceeded our 99.9% SLA, if you had service in Dallas during the outage please open a ticket with our Billing department to request your SLA credit. Thank you.
