On September 20th we experienced an outage for node ga1ovz01 for roughly 97 minutes in our Atlanta, GA location. The outage was due to a client who was in violation of our Terms of Service and experiencing a large DDOS attack. We explicitly disallow certain software on our network due to them being a high target for DDOS attacks. Unfortunately, our automated systems could not mitigate the attack and with our limited support at the time, our response to the attack was delayed.

Since this outage exceeded our 99.9% SLA, if you had service on ga1ovz01 during the outage please open a ticket with our Billing department to request your SLA credit. Thank you.
