On September 22nd we experienced a total network outage for roughly 111 minutes in our Dallas, TX location. No RFO was received from our data center so we do not know what caused the outage or how it was fixed.

Since this outage exceeded our 99.9% SLA, if you have services in Dallas please open a ticket with our Billing department to request your SLA credit. Thank you.
