Earlier today we had lost remote access to our primary router in Tampa and a short time ago all monitoring (snmp) has stopped completely. To resolve the situation, we will be failing over to our backup router to power cycle the primary router. During this time we will also be configuring a VRRP setup (hot standby) instead of the current setup (cold standby). Downtime is expected to be less than 10 seconds.
