We will be performing some tests on our network on Wednesday (10/3) at 10PM EST to attempt to identify and resolve the BGP issue we experienced last month. We are unsure if any downtime will occur but we are posting this announcement as an information notification just in case. We hope to be finished by 10:30PM EST with a better understanding of the problem as we work towards a resolution.

10/4 @ 1:30AM EST - We have finished with the network testing and are happy to have found the cause of the recent BGP issues as well as a resolution. We worked tirelessly with the datacenter staff on this issue and are extremely relieved at the outcome, although we are disappointed it took an hour of downtime to find and resolve this issue.
