It was brought to our attention that ice01 was having issues and websites were not loading properly. We did not receive any alerts from any of our internal or external monitoring software which does not make much sense since they continued to report normal even during the reboot so we will be looking into this also to get this resolved. We apologize for this downtime and have just finished building a replacement server for ice01 to return it back to a physical server which we will have moved over by this weekend. This is completely unacceptable and we will do everything we can to avoid this from happening again in the future. We have already added more monitors to hopefully determine why no alerts were generated.
