Due to a hung process that was rendering FIRE0003 unaccessible (both remotely and locally) we were forced to reboot FIRE0003 to make it usable again. We have corrected the issue and the node is online and back to normal at this time.
We want to apologize for the unexpected downtime (about 3 minutes).
