We've pushed a new update to Wyvern tonight which is mainly a maintenance release with some bug fixes. The only new feature in this release is the following:
- New API framework added.
- Clients can view their bandwidth usage from the API.
The ability to see your bandwidth usage without logging into the client area was a big request so we've built a very simple API that allows clients to do just that. The API is whitelist only so you'll need to add the IP to your VPS's API whitelist which generates a random key that is also used with the IP for added security. As the API becomes more developed we will provide documentation but for now, we've just added the link that's used for the API to grab the bandwidth usage (note that the link provided only works for that IP and key on the same line).
We've had requests for using the API to get other resource usage but since those are dynamically generated and not stored in the database, we will need to re-write some of the backend for that functionality.
