Last night we noticed a severe drop in disk IO (read and write speeds) on our Weehawken, NJ OpenVZ node and are currently working with our data center to resolve this. While we wait for this to be resolved, we have disabled backups and migrations to and from this node as a precaution. If you wish to be migrated to another location, please open a ticket with our Support department and we can manually migrate your VPS.
We apologize for those impacted by this but we expect to have this resolved by next week assuming a replacement server needs to be shipped. At this time we are working to procure a temporary server before we do any additional troubleshooting to avoid downtime to our clients.
