Tis the holiday season and unfortunately we are adjusting our schedules a bit to allow for travel and family so our support times will probably be impacted over the next few weeks. We will make all attempts to handle tickets as quickly as possible but there may be up to a 6 hour delay. During periods of extended gaps in coverage, we will publish an emergency phone number that clients can reach Joe at directly.
