Lastly we would like to apologize for the 9+ hour outage experienced during this migration. There was some miscommunication and the actual network cutover did not occur until roughly 10AM EST today instead of the scheduled 12AM EST which resulted in our IPs being inaccessible. In addition to the miscommunication, our GRE tunnel we had configured to forward the traffic to our new server was not functioning correctly thus increasing the outage more than we had intended.
