After much research, testing, and configuring, we are happy to say that our hardware firewall is now online and working properly in terms of network routing. We have run many tests and confirmed that all of our IP blocks are accessible at this time and all VPSs should be accessible at this time also (our IPv6 block is not currently configured though so please allow time for these to be setup for testing). If you are having any connectivity issues at this time please open a ticket immediately so we can resolve it as soon as possible.
