At around 8:45PM EST our website and client area went offline due to a network issue on the server hosting our website (hosted by an external provider). After being unable to completely resolve the issue we immediately built a replacement webserver and were back online within 30 minutes. Our website is now being hosted in our data center and was only moved to an external provider while we were hosted in GoRACK. No other services were impacted by this outage.
