We have been working hard over the past few weeks to get ICE0001 prepped to be virtualized and are nearing that time now. We are planning for Tuesday morning (1/17) @ 1AM EST to have all of the cPanel data moved over to the new virtual server. We are not expecting any downtime for clients because we are using the same IPs for our nameservers and the ICE0001 replacement. We will power off the old ICE0001, but leave it racked and available for a few days to ensure everything is working as expected.

UPDATE: Our e-mail to clients incorrectly mentioned us adjusting our TTL. Because the IPs will not be changing this is not necessary and DNS propogation will not be a concern. I want to apologize for this as I forgot about it until after the e-mail was already sent out. -Joe
