At 3:27PM EST we received alerts that a portion of our network was unreachable by our external monitors. While investigating the cause, we noticed our subnet for internal servers was not routing properly. We are still looking into the cause of this but at this time our network is working properly with a total of 13 minutes of downtime. During this time all client IPs were online but the following public facing servers were not displaying properly:

 

  • SolusVM Master
  • Client Area
  • cPanel websites not on our DDOS Protected IPs.
UPDATE: After contacting our data center, it was determined that the problem was a networking issue on their side which was quickly resolved by the staff there.
