We recieved reports of SHADOW0001 not responding. The server was power cycled and is returning online now. We are not sure of the cause of the crash but it is being looked into.
UPDATE: All Xen PV VPSs are back online at this time. Some people are experiencing a prompt to run a manual fsck on their VPS due to the ungraceful shutdown. Please login to your VPS via the console, type in your root password, and run "fsck". Then hit Y for each warning/error to correct your filesystem. A reboot may be required after running the manual fsck. Please open a ticket if you need assistance.
