Effective immediately we are no longer providing refunds via BitPay for any bitcoin payments under any circumstance. Any clients entitled to a refund will only be provided credit in their billing account instead. We have updated our Terms of Service to reflect this change.

The reason for this change is due to the volatility of bitcoin value and the inability to confirm the payment destination is going to the correct person.
