We received alerts that our network was offline at 9:10PM EST. After contacting the data center, they determined that our uplink to our primary router was showing as offline. While they were attempting the troubleshoot the problem, it came back online before they could switch to our backup router.

At this time we are unsure of the cause of the uplink to show as offline. We are working on providing full network redundancy to prevent this in the future which we hope to have completed by the end of the month.
