We just received alerts that 3 of our subnets are inaccessible at this time. We have contacted the data center to investigate the cause since they are routing properly within our network but cannot be accessed outside of our data center's router. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
The following IP ranges are not accessible:
- 198.57.44.0/24 (roughly 100 clients are on this subnet)
- 198.57.45.0/24 (currently only 2 clients are on this subnet)
- 198.57.46.0/24 (currently no clients are on this subnet)
This outage is currently impacting about 10% of our clients and we apologize for this lengthy disruption.
UPDATE (7:06AM EST) - Our DC is reaching out to their upstream providers for assistance.
RESOLVED (10:18AM) - Our upstream providers are now accepting our routes from our DC.
