We received an e-mail from our Tampa data center today informing us that there will be scheduled maintenance on the UPS system this Saturday to replace a bad module that resulted in the power outage on the 12th of this month. No outage is expected during this maintenance so this is just an informational announcement just in case it does not go as planned. The specific details are outlined below:

Maintenance Date:  October 3, 2015 9:00AM EST (No end ETA)

Details
An emergency repair to the UPS system will be performed Saturday morning, 10/3/15. The UPS manufacturer, APC will be replacing the static switch module on the UPS system supporting the Data Center in Suite 820, also known as the 8th Floor Data Center.

While not guaranteed, the manufacturer (APC) has stated that UPS operation should be normal during the repair effort, and they do not expect any service interruptions during this replacement.

We will be monitoring our equipment closely for any issues before, during, and after the schedule maintenance. Thank you.
