Tonight it was brought to our attention that certain rDNS actions performed since the last Wyvern update were not executing properly and our DNS servers were not reflecting the changes made in Wyvern. We have corrected the typo but ask that all clients who have made rDNS changes since the last major Wyvern update (7/24/2014) check your rDNS records and verify that they are correct. If they are not correct, please try to update the records inside Wyvern to see if the records update. If they still do not update correctly, open a ticket with our Support department and we will assist in getting the records updated for you (once this is fixed on our side, you will be able to update the records in Wyvern going forward).
