FIRE0001 is not responding at this time and is being rebooted. We will continue to investigate.
UPDATE: We have found the cause of the high loads and have rebooted FIRE0001 once again. We hope the latest OpenVZ kernel will resolve this but at this time we are unsure. The problem appears to be with TUN/TAP which we also had a problem with during the migrations. We will be opening a ticket with OpenVZ if this is not resolved in the new kernel.
UPDATE: The new kernel did not fix the issue and we are working to find a resolution. At this time our only option is to disable TUN/TAP on our nodes which will impact hundreds of clients so we are trying very hard to avoid that. We cannot find a valid reason for the instability since we have been using OpenVZ with TUN/TAP since we opened and this is the first we are seeing this problem.
Thank you for your understanding.
